What makes this the perfect spot for a wedding in Spain? At the helm of the Michelin-starred restaurant, Chef Andreu Genestra creates dishes inspired by Sa Torre’s vegetable garden and vineyards. The tuna belly, served with zucchini tartare and a fresh fava bean sauce, is a perfect example of this. The 101 rooms and suites—ranging from the Standard Ponent (32 to 35 m²) to the Deluxe Tramuntana (up to 52 m²)—can accommodate some or all of the guests on-site. Before the ceremony, the bride and groom can enjoy the Pure Spa by Natura Bissé, while a dedicated wedding planner coordinates every step of the celebration. We love: the hotel offers a complimentary overnight stay for a future wedding anniversary. Between celebrations, guests can board a llaüt—the traditional Balearic fishing boat—to explore the coves along the Majorcan coast.
