With room service available, each of the 88 spacious rooms and suites—including a 100 m² presidential suite—is decorated in warm tones and features reproductions of works from the Dijon Museum of Fine Arts, located about a ten-minute walk away.

With a smoking lounge, a bar, and three luxurious lounges, the Grand Hôtel La Cloche Dijon also boasts the gourmet restaurant Les Jardins by La Cloche, led by Chef Laurent Peugeot. Set beneath a glass roof in the winter garden, the restaurant features cuisine made with local ingredients and produce from the Dijon market. On the wellness front, the spa—spanning over 200 m² beneath centuries-old stone vaults—features the soothing trio of a pool, sauna, and hammam. 2. Les Sources de Vougeot | 30 minutes from downtown

Although it may not be located right in the heart of Dijon, you simply can’t miss a visit to the recently opened 5-star hotel on the outskirts of the city, Les Sources de Vougeot, during your next stay in Dijon or Burgundy. Tucked away across from Saint-Bénigne Cathedral, the Mama Shelter hotel in Dijon—which opened in summer 2023—lives up to its name. Located just steps from Saint-Bénigne Cathedral — a jewel of the city’s Gothic architecture — Chapeau Rouge by William Frachot is situated in the heart of the former coaching inn on Rue Michelet, in a building dating back to 1863.
