Top 10 hotels
1. Cap d'Antibes Beach Hotel | A 5-star hotel with private beach
La Maison des Pêcheurs, the famous restaurant at Cap d'Antibes, has been the venue of every celebrity on the planet since 1954. In 2003, the Ferrante family, owners since the 2000s of the Hotel Juana and the restaurant La Terrasse, bought this emblematic site, and in 2008 decided to build a hotel on the Côte d'Azur with a concept diametrically opposed to what we already know. Under the pencils of architect Gérard Vollenweider and Sybille de Margerie, and with interior design by Nice-based couple Sarich & Goujon, this 5-star hotel with 35 rooms and suites, bearing the Relais & Châteaux hallmark, adopts a resolutely avant-garde approach. Concrete reigns supreme here! Waxed, it covers the walls and imitates a dark wood floor. Everywhere, wide windows let you enjoy the view over the gardens stretching out to the Mediterranean and the Lérins islands. A very contemporary spirit softened by acidulous colors, wood and gigantic frescoes stylizing a marine animal in the bedrooms. In the latter, a nice find: the library contains a selection of the latest bestsellers in different languages, making you feel right at home!

There are three options for guests to choose from, under the guidance of chef Nicolas Rondelli, a native of Nice who has worked his way up through the ranks of the finest restaurants on the Côte d'Azur and in Provence. At Les Pêcheurs, where he has been awarded a Michelin star, he has developed a creative menu, delighting us with a sophisticated cuisine where Mediterranean products take pride of place. At Baba, on the beach, bean hummus and freshly caught fish are the order of the day, with a menu designed by serial chef Assaf Granit. As for the Nacional Trattoria restaurant, also owned by the Ferrante family, it offers classic dishes from the Botte region - crispy pizza, risotto, veal Milanese - in an elegant contemporary Italian brasserie, on the Place Nationale in the heart of Old Antibes and a stone's throw from the Provencal market.
For idleness, head for the private sandy beach, a great asset for the Antibes hotel, unless you prefer to bask in the sun around the designer pool with its multicolored mosaics. There's only one way to unwind after so much sun: in the wellness area. There are two different areas: a cabin and a tent in the garden. Treat yourself to a treatment in the colors of the Monastery brand, a line of luxury botanical treatments.

The room to book? The Executive Suite, almost entirely glassed-in, offers an incredible panoramic view. From the bathroom jacuzzi, you can enjoy the sunset over the Lérins Islands. Good to know, there are connecting rooms for families overlooking the garden or the sea. What else?
Where to stay? In the most unspoilt corner of the area between Port Gallice and Port Crouton.
We particularly like?
- The exceptional "feet in the water" location: the Cap d'Antibes Beach Hotel is one of the very few hotels on the Côte d'Azur to offer direct access to a sandy beach
- 5-star luxury combined with innovative design and a human-scale establishment (only 35 keys)
- A chic yet relaxed atmosphere, in contrast to the staid ambiance of some of the Côte d'Azur's palaces
- The gastronomic offering, in particular the Les Pêcheurs restaurant, where you can enjoy a star-studded dinner as the sun sets
- Attentive service: the warm, welcoming staff know their guests' habits inside out... as well as the secrets of the region!

2. Hôtel Belles Rives | Art Deco jewel
Nestled on the sunny shores of Cap d'Antibes, Hôtel Belles Rives overlooks the Mediterranean with the Lérins Islands in the background. Built in 1929 by Provencal architect Léon Suquet, the luxury hotel has enjoyed a rich and eventful existence. From the outset, it attracted a glamorous and artistic clientele, including the famous writer F. Scott Fitzgerald, who found inspiration for his novel "Tender is the Night".

Over the decades, the luxury hotel in Antibes has become a favorite meeting place for intellectuals, artists and royalty, helping to forge its legend and making it one of the most beautiful hotels on the Côte d'Azur... True to its Art Deco heritage, the Hôtel Belles Rives has preserved its old-world charm while elegantly modernizing. The 43 rooms and suites have been refurbished to offer a refined décor, combining straight lines and whimsical touches, in a tribute to the great figures of the movement of the time. Noble materials such as marble, precious woods and sumptuous fabrics create a luxurious, enveloping atmosphere.
At the Belles Rives, gastronomy takes pride of place: the restaurant La Passagère, under the leadership of Michelin-starred chef Aurélien Véquaud, offers an inventive score sublimating the products of the sea, magnified by a view of the big blue. On the terrace or in the Piano Bar Fitzgerald, the notes of jazz and piano take us back in time, in an original 1930s décor of leopard fabric, tassel chandeliers and club armchairs. For a more relaxed atmosphere, Plage Belles Rives invites you to savor authentic Mediterranean cuisine in a convivial setting.
What makes the difference? The hotel boasts direct access to a sandy beach, where guests can lounge on deckchairs. A private pontoon is also available for water sports, swimming lessons or a leisurely boat trip. For a moment of pure relaxation, a spa offers a range of soothing and revitalizing treatments with the Beauty Corner Valmont.

Good to know? The 5-star hotel offers an ideal setting for private events or professional seminars: its elegant lounges, panoramic terrace and lush gardens can accommodate receptions of all sizes with made-to-measure service.

3. Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc | 5-star "Palace" hotel
When it was opened in 1870 by Figaro founder Auguste de Villemessant, the building was intended to accommodate writers in search of inspiration. The project was soon abandoned, however, and a handsome hotel was built in 1870. In 1914, a seawater swimming pool was dug into the rock... Then the Eden-Roc pavilion was built, followed by the famous Mediterranean cabins.
Now classified as a "Palace" and an iconic member of the Oetker collection, Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc boasts 111 rooms and suites, divided between the historic building, the outbuildings and the Eden-Roc pavilion. Among them, the sumptuous Eden-Roc Suite, perched atop the eponymous pavilion, promises a panoramic view of the Lérins islands and the discreet ballet of yachts off Cap d'Antibes. On the gastronomic front, chef Sébastien Broda offers refined, fresh Mediterranean cuisine inspired by the local terroir, earning a Michelin star for the Louroc restaurant. The experience continues at the seafront Eden-Roc Grill bar, or at the Italian Giovanni's, whose menu was devised in collaboration with Chef Jérémy Viale.
On the wellness front, the Dior spa blends seamlessly into the French gardens, offering an exclusive range of face and body treatments in cabins bathed in natural light. Special mention should be made of the duo cabin with its salt wall, and the signature rituals that combine science and sensoriality.

4. Villa Miraé by Inwood Hotels, the rebirth of a Cap d'Antibes legend
Set against a pine forest, a stone's throw from the crystal-clear waters of La Garoupe, Villa Miraé marks the return of a legendary address under a new identity. Ex-Impérial Garoupe and member of Relais & Châteaux, the luxury Antibes hotel will be reborn in spring 2025 after a metamorphosis orchestrated by architect Oscar Lucien Ono. Behind its powder-pink facades, this oasis reveals 35 rooms and 8 suites bathed in light, a solarium suspended above the Mediterranean and a swimming pool. Sculpted wood, Burgundy stone, Murano glass and elegant frescoes create an aesthetic that celebrates a refined, poetic art of living.

Villa Miraé is also a showcase for gastronomy, with two restaurants designed by Mauro Colagreco. The three-starred chef offers sustainable, sensory cuisine: Amarines, a gourmet restaurant inspired by the Mediterranean and Nice's terroir, and Miraé, a more casual address that revisits the classics of the French and Italian rivieras, to be enjoyed overlooking the swimming pool. An address that's already a must, combining discreet luxury, environmental awareness and the Côte d'Azur's gentle way of life.

5. Hôtel Mademoiselle | 4-star hotel in Juan-les-Pins
Nestled in a pedestrian street in the center of Juan-les-Pins, yet just 50 meters from the beaches, this 4-star Côte d'Azur hotel enjoys an ideal location. Restaurants, the Peynet museum, the casino, boutiques... all the distractions are just a stone's throw from the boutique-hotel. The Mademoiselle concept? An address halfway between guest house and luxury hotel. The 13 rooms, all different from one another, and the communal areas are a success. Fuchsia pink, petrol blue, carmine red, canary yellow, many flashy colors illuminate the premises. The gold crocodile, panoramic and floral wallpapers in the rooms underline the decor philosophy. The tree-lined patio is the perfect place for breakfast.
What makes the difference? The swimming pool lining the patio, ideal for cooling off after a shopping spree.

6. Hotel Juana | 5-star hotel in Juan-les-Pins
An emblematic hotel of the 1930s, with its Art Deco architecture, the Juana, located opposite the Lérins islands on the edge of Cap d'Antibes, has been a meeting place for the rich and famous since its inauguration: from the Duke of Windsor to Pablo Picasso and Marc Chagall, not forgetting Sir Winston Churchill! Miraculously, the Juana has retained its charm and ambience over the years. After its initial purchase by the Ferrante family, the Hotel Juana underwent a radical transformation: the building was completely renovated, while retaining its Art Deco authenticity. Bought by the Groupe Belles Rives in 2006, this five-star hotel now offers 40 rooms, including 5 private apartments, and its attentive service is worthy of the greatest: room service, laundry, limousine transfer... The Juana bar exudes a cosy atmosphere, with its Pablo Picasso tapestry, mahogany bar and leather armchairs and benches. Light dishes and cocktails are served all day long. And on Friday evenings, the Paseo bar hosts DJ sets.
What makes the difference? Access to the Belles Rives beach with waterski club, pontoon, solarium and the hotel's own restaurants.

We love their colorful atmosphere, celebrated by a whole range of fabrics by Christian Lacroix. A lovely outdoor swimming pool on the patio completes the offer of this 4-star hotel.
What makes the difference? The spa features 3 treatment rooms, including one double, a hammam, a sensory shower and a winter garden. Treatments are carried out under the supervision of French brand Sothys, following a personal diagnosis.

This 3-star boutique hotel, entirely renovated by its owners, offers 31 rooms. As its name suggests, the color white takes the lion's share of the space, from the façade to the walls, from the bar stools to the parasols... enhanced by contemporary rattan and straw furnishings: mirrors, hanging lamps, armchairs and benches. We were delighted to see local products referenced in refillable dispensers from Fragonard / Grasse.

The Royal Beach restaurant on the beach serves Mediterranean-style cuisine. Last but not least, there's the Phytomer-branded spa, with its three treatment rooms (one of which is double), sensory shower, sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi and indispensable fitness area.

This 3-star hotel, inaugurated in June 2020, is just a stone's throw from the beaches, and stands out for its elegant sobriety that revisits Mediterranean codes. Some of the 29 rooms have balconies. The clever decor by Stéphanie Lizée, who is working on her first hotel, features different-colored friezes in blue, ochre and green... and ceramics from Vallauris, to brighten up the whitewashed walls. Rattan furniture dialogues with antique pieces, furniture made by local craftsmen or sofas adorned with "deckchair" stripes, and frescoes by artist Franck Lebraly punctuate the walls.
