Nestled on a hillside overlooking the island's capital, Gustavia, Le Carl Gustaf is an iconic address whose history dates back to the 1980s, and which today has become an essential stopover on any visit to Saint-Barth. Set high above the harbor, this hidden Saint-Barth spa hotel has been sublimated by architects Gilles & Boissier. Nestled between crystal-clear waters and Pointe Milou, protected by the trade winds, the 5-star hotel Christopher St Barth enjoys breathtaking panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and neighboring islands. The 42 sleek, contemporary rooms and suites, including 3 4-bedroom villas, all offer ocean views. At lunchtime, La Plage de Chris offers a friendly, relaxed setting for lunch with your feet in the sand. The cuisine is fresh and inventive, using local, seasonal produce. While seafood products take pride of place, the chef's meats and gourmet sweets are also a must. In the evening, the Christopher Coutanceau table offers an exceptional gastronomic adventure, an ode to the sea made from local, seasonal produce. True to his eco-responsible approach, the chef has worked closely with the island's artisanal fishermen to discover this marine terroir and work with reef fish, a fabulous species that is still little exploited in St Barths.

In terms of well-being, the Christopher's Sisley spa boasts 5 cabins that open out onto the sea, where the gentle trade winds, the sun's rays and the sound of the waves invite you in for a moment of total relaxation. 5. Eden Rock - St Barths, the most glamorous

In the heart of Saint-Jean Bay, Eden Rock is one of Saint Barthélemy's most iconic spa hotels. In the busiest part of the island, it stands just a few metres from the famous "Nikki Beach" and the famous "Guérite Plage", two must-see addresses in Saint-Tropez. In Saint-Jean, where the Eden Rock is located, people come to celebrate all year round, and particularly during the famous "festive" period between Christmas and New Year's Day, when the festivities are in full swing. As if enthroned on its rock, the address, with 37 rooms, suites and villas, faces an exceptional coral reef, but above all the world-famous runway of Saint-Barthélemy-Rémy-de-Haenen airport.

A haven for epicureans, the hotel's gourmet restaurant, Sand Bar, is fortunate enough to have its menu designed by three-star Michelin chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. His international-inspired cuisine includes the famous truffle pizza and crispy salmon sushi. All in a hedonistic, festive atmosphere.

To ensure your well-being, Eden Rock offers a selection of treatments and massages, all made with products from Saint-Barthélemy: natural ingredients such as those from "Ligne St Barth", which for four generations has been developing all its products in its laboratory in the heart of the island. 6. Le Cheval Blanc Saint-Barthélemy, the most confidential

True to the high standards of the LVMH group to which it belongs, Le Cheval Blanc cultivates the French art of living and entertaining. Tucked away in dense, lush vegetation, along a road that only regular guests know how to reach, the spa hotel in Saint-Barthélemy seems to hide out of sight right on the land of the Baie des Flamands. In all, 61 keys where the architecture gracefully blends in with the surrounding nature make up this human-scale home, the island's only "palace" hotel. The entire site was imagined by Madison Cox, Jacques Grange and Jean-Michel Othoniel, a landscape designer, decorator and sculptor of excellence.

With "La Case", the gourmet restaurant, chef Jean Imbert has created a cuisine that seems to spring from nature, using fresh fish from the morning and herbs from the garden. A menu imagined in the purest Caribbean philosophy, to be enjoyed between its terrace overlooking the bay and its tropical garden.

The Cheval Blanc Spa is a veritable sanctuary dedicated to well-being and beauty, specially designed by Guerlain. A total of four cabins nestled in the hotel spa's garden for a perfect moment of abandonment. Signature rituals include "Merveilles des Caraïbes", "Soin anti-âge Ultime Black Orchid" and "Soin Sculpteur Impérial du Visage". The expertise of a leading cosmetics house combined with a leading hotel house.
