Royal Champagne Hôtel & Spa | One of France's finest spas in the heart of the Champagne region
The spa? As soon as you arrive at Royal Champagne, you're greeted by a panoramic view of the Champagne hillsides and an atmosphere of absolute tranquility. Only the rustle of the water in the outdoor pool and the sound of birdsong disturb the calm of the surrounding vineyards. As you can see, the setting is ideal for rejuvenation, and the huge 1,500 m² spa is a destination in its own right, with nine treatment rooms, a steam room, sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpools, fitness room, yoga studio and beauty salon in partnership with Biologique Recherche and KOS. There's no choice but to let yourself relax!
What's the hotel like? The hotel's 47 unoverlooked rooms and suites open onto the heart of the Champagne region through their large bay windows - which can be admired from a generous sofa. Bathed in natural light, these rooms, with their revisited classic design, are so comfortable you'll find it hard to leave them! The must-have: the Josephine Suite, with its spacious terrace, is ideal for enjoying a glass of champagne with your loved one, while taking in the view of the vines.
Gastronomy? Royal Champagne has many tricks up its sleeve to make you want to stay, including its fine dining. While the bistronomic Bellevue (working with local produce, constantly evolving menu) is a fine introduction, the Royal - a Michelin-starred restaurant - is the gastronomic stop not to be missed. Located in the historic part of the hotel, in the salon royal which pays homage to the women who played a role in Napoleon's life, it shines as much for its gold-patinated ceiling as for its sunny cuisine, the chef's signature and identity. Like the Thermidor-style langoustine from Iceland, béarnaise with old Pedro Ximénez Gran Reserva vinegar, or the Saint-Pierre d'Atlantique with its hint of vine shoots.
And because Champagne also has its bubbles to offer, every month the head sommelier takes guests on a journey to the heart of a different Champagne house, pairing each dish with one of their cuvées.

Gourmets will be delighted by the hotel's three restaurants, each offering a unique culinary experience.
