The Italian-Argentinian chef is responsible for the Mediterranean cuisine of Restaurant Riviera and the iodized dishes of Table Ceto, which can be enjoyed on the roof terrace overlooking the sea.

This former soap factory, built in 1630 in Théoule-sur-Mer, is now a sumptuous establishment by the Millésime group (Château de Sacy in Champagne, La Palmeraie in La Baule and La Villa des Orangers in Marrakech).
