Chic boutique hotels near the Champs-Élysées
Boasting a prime location a stone’s throw from the Champs-Élysées, these five hotels combine many assets and are among the most luxurious and pleasant in the capital.

1. Hôtel de Sers, the exclusive 5-star hotel not to be missed
A stone's throw from Avenue George V and the Arc de Triomphe, the Hôtel de Sers, a historic 52-room establishment, continues to embody “a lively and resolutely Parisian establishment, in constant dialogue with its past and present,” in the words of Anne and Agathe Jousse, owners of this intimate boutique hotel belonging to the B Signature group. Housed in the former mansion of the Marquis de Sers, subtly reinterpreted in 2025, notably by Pascal Allaman, the five-star hotel stands out for its 22-meter portrait gallery, its monumental staircase, and its three suites on the upper floors with views of the Eiffel Tower. Special mention goes to the Panoramic Suite (55 m²) and its 20 m² open-air terrace, as well as the Marquis' Apartment, a true family suite measuring 75 m².
In the kitchen, chef Stefano Stafie—who trained at the two-Michelin-starred L'Orangerie at the Hotel George V and the three-Michelin-starred Per Se in New York alongside Thomas Keller—creates a seasonal menu with Mediterranean influences. Meals are served under the elegant glass roof of the 60 m² patio, where immaculate banquettes, rattan pendant lights, and a green wall evoke an urban greenhouse. The bonus? It opens when the weather is nice, transforming the patio into a private terrace close to the Champs-Élysées. The S'Bar, with its raw materials and soft lighting, houses a monumental Art & Floritude installation made of steel, porcelain, and gold. For wellness, there is an intimate spa with a sauna, massage room, and well-equipped gym. The treatments, by Calma Paris, combine ancestral Mediterranean knowledge with high technology, highlighting natural textures and scents such as orange blossom. Committed to a concrete environmental approach, the hotel has been awarded the Clef Verte label, notably by incorporating eco-responsible welcome products, reusing existing furniture, and implementing energy reduction measures. This discreet and cultured address, offering luxury services and attentive hospitality (the concierge is a member of Les Clefs d'Or), is designed as an elegant Parisian retreat.

2. Château des Fleurs, the latest opening near the Champs-Élysées
Owner of three five-star hotels in Paris: the Saint James Paris, the Relais Christine and the Norman, Bertrand Hospitality added the Château des Fleurs to its portfolio a few months ago. Housed in a classic 1910 building just a stone's throw from the Champs-Élysées, the boutique hotel is named after the wonderful Armide Gardens on the same street, owned by the king of Parisian parties in the late 19th-century, Victor Mabille, where grand balls were held. This 37-key boutique-hotel, designed by Barcelona-based architects Quintana Partners, gives the five-star hotel the feel of a family home, with a sprinkling of Art Nouveau inspired by Belgian Victor Horta and Scottish Charles Rennie Mackintosh. In the bedrooms, the atmosphere is resolutely cosy, thanks to rounded headboards, textured wood and Murano glass lamps designed exclusively by Quintana Partners for the essential touch of color. And let's not forget a few nods to Paris: the cane-patterned carpet, the terracotta tiles in the bathroom, and the flowery planters that adorn all the windows. The best part? sleeping under the roof in one of the duplex Junior Suites on the 5th floor.

When it's time to sit down to eat, from breakfast to dinner, or even to enjoy one of Julien Quettier's signature cocktails, guests can relax in the warm and refined lounge. In fact, staying at the Château des Fleurs is a bit like being at home, far from home.

Finally, a spa by Omnisens with swimming pool and sauna, where you can indulge in a personalized facial or a signature massage, not to mention a gym complete the offer of this boutique-hotel near the Champs-Élysées.

3. Norman Hôtel & Spa
A member of the Small Luxury hotels of the World, the Norman Hotel, named after the American painter and graphic artist Norman Ives, evokes the creative Paris of the 1960s. Architect Thomas Vidalenc drew inspiration from his world for this 5-star boutique hotel near the Champs-Elysées, with 37 rooms and suites and a sophisticated atmosphere, as evidenced on arrival by the vast lounge-library with fireplace that acts as a reception area. The rooms feature custom-designed furniture and antique objects. The stylish decor features wooden headboards, woollen curtains, geometrically patterned rugs on the parquet floor and abstract paintings inspired by the modernist style of Norman Ives.

Very good news: Thiou's restaurant, an absolute reference for Thai gastronomy in Paris and a legendary address for decades, is reborn at the Norman Hotel. The chef has imagined a refined cuisine, mixing Thai inspirations and French cuisine. Enjoy Thiou's iconic "Crying Tiger", langoustine carpaccio and salmon roe. In the spa, the treatments are by Omnisens, the French cosmetics brand renowned for its holistic approach to well-being.

4. Hôtel du Rond-Point des Champs-Élysées
Just a stone's throw from the Champs-Élysées, this 4-star hotel with its elegant Art Deco façade adorned with marble elements was reopened in 2018 after a complete redesign by Dimore Studio. A member of the Esprit de France group, it offers 36 rooms and suites decorated in shades of pink, mahogany, blue and green, spiced up with leopard or naughty prints, with vintage objects blending with contemporary furnishings to create a poetic, bohemian chic atmosphere One of the suites with balcony, where Art Deco influences are combined with contemporary furnishings. These suites can accommodate 3 people, ideal for a family. The Hotel du Rond-Point des Champs-Elysées also offers a babysitting service.
We love the Daphné bar, where you can sip cocktails and enjoy dishes to share, and the green lounge, which looks like a library and is the perfect place to relax or work by the fireplace. Last but not least, the 13-meter indoor pool with hammam and relaxation area.

5. Mathis
Behind a discreet, 1930s-style black door, the Mathis, a legendary party venue, has been transformed into a boutique hotel just off the Champs-Élysées after a total makeover by Sylvia Fabbian. Today, this member of the H8 Collection group, with its discreet charm and refined elegance, offers 25 different rooms and suites. A special feature is the family area, with three separate rooms designed as mini-apartments. The décor features Elitis wallpapers, Sentou mirrors revisiting witch's mirrors, Penta China lamps and natural oak parquet flooring. And we love the Clarins toiletries. The best rooms are those with balconies overlooking the Champs-Elysées gardens. Good news: there's a new space, the Café Coutume, on the first floor of the hotel. Last but not least, "Bonhomme", the area dedicated to men's hair and beards, offers a moment of total relaxation.
