Paris: the best hotels with a view of the Eiffel Tower

In the capital’s most exclusive arrondissements, these 4 and 5-star hotels with views of the Eiffel Tower from their rooms and terraces offer tourists on the go an exceptional stay. Imagine opening the doors of your room and discovering Gustave Eiffel’s masterpiece, majestic by day, sparkling by night. A selection.

1. Hotel La Bourdonnais

The Hôtel La Bourdonnais, a 4-star hotel in the 7th arrondissement, reopened in the spring of 2026 following a complete transformation designed by architect Oscar Lucien Ono (Maison Numéro 20). This 53-room boutique hotel, a member of the Inwood Hotels collection, stands out for a rarity on the Left Bank: six exceptional rooms offer a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. This unique feature, combined with a design blending Eastern and Western influences inspired by 18th-century explorers, makes it a sought-after destination for international guests—particularly Americans—seeking an authentic Parisian experience.

The hotel offers five room categories (Classic, Superior, Executive, Deluxe, and Junior Suite), each themed around one of three color palettes: flora, fauna, and landscape. On the 6th floor, Room 602 embodies the fauna theme with a breathtaking view of the monument; its newly renovated bathroom features a bathtub and Terre de Mars skincare products. Right next door, Room 603 celebrates the landscape theme with an abstract landscape headboard and warm terracotta tones. For those seeking absolute tranquility on the same floor, Room 608 overlooks the courtyard and features a luxurious bathroom—a true invitation to relax and take your time. And for families, the Junior Suite (28–33 m²) can accommodate 4 people thanks to its spacious layout and 2 sofa beds.

At La Bourdonnais, luxury is embodied in the materials selected by Maison Numéro 20: varnished wood, deep lacquers, fabrics from Rubelli, Lelièvre, and Casamance; Japanese-style bathrooms (room 308); and marble baseboards in the hallways of the common areas. Each room features thick carpeting and a coffee maker. As for the facilities, the reception area has been completely redesigned with comfort in mind: the former “stand-up” reception area facing the street has given way to a premium, Asian-inspired VIP lounge where guests check in while seated, not far from the Minuit Express cocktail bar led by chef Khalid Mansour. In a cozy atmosphere, guests can savor a signature cocktail, share a plate of appetizers, and relax after a meeting near the Eiffel Tower or in anticipation of a pleasant evening in Paris.

4. Shangri-La Paris

Perched on the hill of Chaillot, near the Musée de l'Homme, the Shangri-La Paris overlooks the Eiffel Tower from the Right Bank. Once the home of Prince Roland Bonaparte, this 19th-century mansion has been transformed into a palace by architect Richard Martinet, who magnified the original structure, and decorator Pierre-Yves Rochon, who infused it with a touch of contemporary elegance mixed with orientalism. Marble, gilding and moldings are enhanced by pale blue and warm tones in a discreet tribute to Asia.

The Chi Spa, located in the former stables, offers a relaxing interlude with its 17-metre swimming pool and Aromatherapy Associates treatments.

A former telephone exchange from the 1930s, the building has been transformed into a 5-star hotel by architect Jean-Philippe Nuel. For art enthusiasts: each area of the establishment is enlivened by a collection of over 400 works of art. The 67 keys seduce with their warm, sophisticated color palettes: high ceilings, wood accents and vast windows bring a sense of space and luminosity. On the third floor, a small, tranquil spa with terrace and Jacuzzi offers visitors a peaceful retreat. On the first floor, the bar-lounge and restaurant Chiquette promise a gastronomic experience in a hushed atmosphere.
