The best hotels in Paris 15

Behind its reputation as a quiet, family-friendly district, this arrondissement-village conceals a fine hotel scene. Boutique-hotels with a studio soul, signature design establishments, secret rooftops and spas worthy of the finest houses, the 15th has been cultivating the art of surprising those who take the trouble to linger. Here’s an overview of the best hotels in Paris 15.

Often overshadowed by the historic prestige of the 7th arrondissement or the intellectual effervescence of the 6th arrondissement, the 15th arrondissement is nonetheless a discreet pillar of Parisian life. The capital’s second largest arrondissement in terms of surface area, it is also the most densely populated, home to families, intimate parks such as Square Saint-Lambert, and strollers who stroll along the Petite Ceinture during the golden hour. People come here for its Olympian calm, for the village atmosphere that can be found around rue du Commerce or place de la Mairie, for a certain idea of Paris. A mosaic of neighborhoods stretching from the banks of the Seine to the edge of the ring road, never allowing itself to be reduced to a single image.

The 15th arrondissement is best known for its dense supply of well-kept 4-star hotels, which combine serious comfort with reasonable rates. In fact, 5-star hotels are very rare, if not non-existent, depending on strict administrative boundaries.

Our selection of the most beautiful hotels in Paris 15

1. Villa M, Boulevard Pasteur

Standing tall above the Pasteur station, this hotel, the brainchild of Thierry Lorente and Amanda Lehmann in 2022, has brought a touch of the organic to a 15th arrondissement that lacked it. In just a few seasons, its vegetated facade, a veritable vertical forest reaching up to the rooftops, has become one of the boulevard's most recognizable silhouettes.

4 stars on the façade, but the care and attention to detail are even more flattering. The project bears the signature of Philippe Starck - in association here with Olivier Raffaelli and Guillaume Sibaud - and the master's touch is immediately evident in the sovereign use of raw materials: concrete, wood, leather, marble and metal meet in a skilfully orchestrated eclecticism. The 73 rooms, all named in homage to great names in science, feature bay windows adorned with medicinal plants and perennials ; some open onto balconies or terraces.

On the 7th floor, the Suite Pasteur crowns the ensemble with its double attic overlooking the Eiffel Tower, the Dôme des Invalides and the rooftops of Paris. But Villa M isn't just for travelers. The ground-floor restaurant has won over a loyal local clientele, who like to frequent the fitness club - equipped, rarely seen, with a boxing ring - and the rooftop planted with fruit trees, from which the view embraces the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Coeur in a single glance. A place for living as much as a hotel, which, for Starck, was never a matter of chance. Building on its success, a new Villa M opened in Marseille in 2025.

2. Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel, Champ-de-Mars

Standing sentinel between the Champ-de-Mars and the Seine, on the edge of the 7th arrondissement, the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel is one of the 15th arrondissement's most coveted addresses - and it's easy to see why. Its geometric, Art Deco facade conceals 430 rooms and suites, most of which open onto balconies overlooking a sight the whole world envies: the majestic Eiffel Tower, frontal and sovereign.

The hotel's table, FRAME, confirms the ambition of the place. In the kitchen, chef Alexandre Willaume creates a fusion cuisine nourished by a home-grown vegetable garden, combining technical precision with an attachment to the living world. If you'd like to extend your meal on the terrace, you'll find the answer at 10e Ciel, the establishment's rooftop, where the face-to-face encounter with the Iron Lady continues under the stars. Rated 4 stars, the Pullman nonetheless delivers an experience that, for those staying in its presidential suite or in one of its rooms with a direct view, compares favorably with many a Parisian palace. The spa and fitness center, accessible at all hours, make this hotel much more than just a room with a view.

3. Quinzerie, rue de la Convention

There are some addresses that can only be discovered by word-of-mouth, and the Quinzerie is one of them. Tucked away at the bottom of rue de la Convention, opposite the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, it doesn't feature any flashy signs-and that's precisely what makes it so charming. Inaugurated in 2022, this boutique hotel with 65 rooms and suites is the work of architect Emmanuel Aboulker and designer Philippe Maidenberg, whose creative complicity has resulted in a place with a resolutely Parisian atelier feel: natural materials, clean lines, worked lighting.

The hotel overlooks the Eiffel Tower and the Beaugrenelle district, but it's indoors that the Quinzerie reveals its best cards: a soothing indoor garden, a suite with terrace and jacuzzi, a private sauna and a fitness room make up an offering equivalent to many starred establishments above its category. As for the rooftop bar-seasonal, yes, but all the more precious-it's one of the 15th arrondissement's best-kept secrets.

4. Les Jardins de Mademoiselle, Commerce

The idea is seductive: to turn every floor into a garden. At the Jardins de Mademoiselle, the art of topiary and a passion for green spaces have been elevated to the status of a total decorative statement. The first floor summons up the spirit of Villandry and Versailles in an interpretation of the French garden, while the 4th floor swings towards the Orient, reviving the atmosphere of the Majorelle garden in Marrakech. The change of scenery is immediate and sincere.

The 39 rooms and suites - of which the Suite Versailles, Eiffel and Eiffel Terrasse deserve special mention - naturally extend this imaginary geography, with most boasting private outdoor space. For a 4-star hotel, the wellness offer is remarkable: a 200 m² spa, heated indoor pool under a glass roof, hammam and fitness room make up a sanctuary of which many higher-category establishments could be proud. The 90 m² Mediterranean terrace, lined with olive trees and lavender, is open daily from seven in the morning to ten in the evening. The hotel, ideally located a stone's throw from Rue du Commerce and directly accessible by metro line 8, reconciles a change of scenery with convenience.

5. Le Bellune, Porte de Versailles

At Porte de Versailles, opposite the Parc des Expositions, Le Bellune has gone against the convention hotel trend and embraced a completely different aesthetic: that of the Italian Dolomites, with their soothing minerality and raw materials magnified by light. Wood, stone, organic hues - all 105 rooms, all recent and comfortable, reflect this vocabulary with a coherence that gives the establishment a rare identity in the 15th arrondissement's hotel landscape.

Some rooms even boast a view of the Eiffel Tower. But Le Bellune is more than just an exercise in style. Its soberly elegant indoor swimming pool and well-stocked cocktail bar make it a place to return to, even without luggage. Since its opening, the hotel has been awarded the international La Clef Verte label. A contemporary address.
