Paris: the best hotels near Les Invalides
For a stay in the heart of Paris’ 7th arrondissement, here’s a selection of the best hotels in Invalides. Situated between Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Eiffel Tower, the district is home to some of the capital’s most beautiful monuments.
1. Le Narcisse Blanc Hôtel & Spa | Luxury boutique hotel at Les Invalides
The pitch? A veritable bubble of serenity between the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides, Le Narcisse Blanc Hôtel & Spa is a true embodiment of Parisian elegance and art de vivre. The five-star hotel was named after Cléo de Mérode, muse to the Parisian elite in the 1900s, and nicknamed "le joli petit narcisse" by composer Reynaldo Hahn, so it's hardly surprising that a chic, elegant spirit pervades every room in this superb Haussmann building!
The rooms? The 30 rooms and 7 suites have been decorated in light tones of beige, white and sand, diffusing a soothing atmosphere. Mouldings, fireplaces, soft armchairs and delicate fabrics lend a very Parisian spirit to each of the rooms, the most spacious of which take on the air of small apartments.
Gastronomy? Chef Bruno Aubin, a former Top Chef 2021 candidate who worked with Eric Fréchon, has taken over the reins of the Cléo restaurant. Here, he concocts simple, delicate seasonal dishes, with a twist of surprising spices and the right sauces. The boudoir-style decor and hushed ambience make this a place equally suited to business meetings and family occasions. We love the Léopold bar and its cocktails with tonka bean, hibiscus and cachaça, which evoke the imaginary world of travel.
Wellness? Le Narcisse Blanc's secret weapon is the Anne Semonin spa, all in white and gold. It boasts a 13-metre pool with counter-current swimming and whirlpool, a sauna, a fitness room and a private massage room.
Good to know? The Suite Aurore has its own private terrace, with a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Paris. The ideal spot to watch the sun rise!

Architect Jean-Philippe Nuel has preserved the rounded facades of this former 1930s telephone exchange, sublimating its Art Deco spirit. The impressive volumes give way to designer furnishings, large bay windows and superb mezzanines and loggias. Just a stone's throw away, rue Clerc and rue de Grenelle are just two of the many attractions in the area. Le Cinq Codet's 67 rooms are all light and airy, with four superb suites offering breathtaking views of the Seine and the Eiffel Tower.
The Chiquette restaurant, orchestrated by chef David Maroleau, offers cosmopolitan cuisine with Japanese influences, served by the fireplace in winter or on the patio in fine weather. For a wellness break, the Spa, with its open-air terrace and whirlpool bath, is a must.

All rooms feature moldings, fireplaces and impressively large marble bathrooms, equipped with the Alma K natural skincare range. Huge walk-in closets give way to the wildest shopping desires!
On the first floor, the Casa Tua Italian restaurant offers a menu with Italian and French influences, changing with the seasons and drawing on the best producers from both countries. In the basement, the spa offers a range of treatments by Noble Panacea, a brand founded by chemist and Nobel Prize winner Sir Fraser Stoddart, featuring innovative treatments formulated with his patented Organic Super Molecular Vessel™ technology.

4. Hôtel Thoumieux | Trendy boutique hotel near Les Invalides
This legendary Parisian landmark of the Roaring Twenties, just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower, has been brought up to date by star architect India Mahdavi. In each room, the designer has created a unique and colorful universe, with a play of patterns and materials, Art Deco wallpapers and lacquered wood furniture created especially for the hotel.
On the hotel's first floor, the former bouillon Chartier, now Brasserie Thoumieux, has retained the codes of traditional Parisian establishments: red velvet banquettes, Lalique moldings, brass bars and immaculate tablecloths. The menu features generous yet refined French cuisine, such as duck confit from the Castaing house, or salmon with Champagne sauce.
What makes the difference? The history of the place, a legendary address from the 1920s, and the possibility of tasting the Brasserie's delicious dishes directly in your room.
