2. Au Chamois d'Or and its typical mountain design
Head for Au Chamois d'Or, a five-star hotel in Alpe d'Huez at the foot of the slopes, open from June to August and December to April. The restaurant offers comforting dishes such as guinea fowl supreme with morel jus and creamy polenta, spinach and chickpea curry with coconut milk, and fresh fruit pavlova. 3. Daria-I Nor and its large, luxurious spa
