The pool is surrounded by black tiles that contrast with the wood-panelled walls. After a few laps, you settle into one of the sun loungers lining the poolside and pull back an immaculate curtain for added privacy. The wellness area also includes a sauna, hammam and a wide range of treatments, including scrubs, kerosene hand rituals, Thai massages and various facials. The largest hotel pool in Paris

Hôtel Molitor Paris - MGallery, Paris 16th

Inaugurated in 1929, the Molitor swimming pool is undoubtedly the most historic in Paris. For half a century, it was a favorite gathering place for Parisians, in summer and winter alike, thanks to its two pools, indoor and outdoor. In 1989, it closed its doors indefinitely and became a temple to street art and an unlikely place to party or stay, as evidenced by the organization of anthology raves.

It wasn't until 2014 that Molitor reopened, under the leadership of the Accor group and its MGallery brand. The legendary establishment was transformed into a luxury liner-style hotel, rooted in the pure Art Deco style of its origins. The two pools were entirely renovated in the same style, to the delight of bathers.

What makes the difference? the XXL size of the pools (33 and 46 meters), by far the largest of any hotel in Paris.

The pool area at the Hôtel Molitor Paris in brief:

  • Two top-quality pools (46 m outdoor pool and 33 m indoor pool)
  • Two solariums
  • Spa by Clarins
  • Treatment room
