Paris: the capital’s finest hotel spas
A veritable ode to well-being, the luxurious spas of Paris’s 5-star hotels offer personalized treatments that soothe stress and muscular tension, boost energy and invite you to take care of yourself. Here’s a closer look at our favorite spas.
Dior Spa Cheval Blanc Paris | Paris 1th
The setting? Nestled in the ultra-luxury Cheval Blanc Paris (owned by the LVMH group, just like the Saint-Tropez hotel), inaugurated last September, the Dior Spa boasts six singular suites, including the New Look, designed for a six-hand ritual, and the Bonheur, where massage beds rise from the ground for a sensation of weightlessness. Everything invites you to let go: a spectacular 30-metre mosaic-studded pool, sauna, hammam, snow shower, fitness studio and hairdressing salon.
The treatments? They combine exclusive manual techniques (tissue modelling, sensory awakenings) with cutting-edge technology, including micro-abrasion with sapphire crystals, which amplifies the skin's receptivity. Complemented by a toning massage in the Force Sauvage treatment, it lifts the face, reduces signs of fatigue and smoothes the eyes.

Le Lancaster Private Spa | Paris 8
The Setting? 100 meters from the Champs-Elysées, Le Lancaster Private Spa is nestled beneath the rooftops of the legendary hotel opened in 1930. The latest stage in the renovation by Jean-Philippe Nuel's architecture studio, the spa suite is nestled on the 8th floor of the Parisian house, offering panoramic views of the Sacré-Coeur and the Eiffel Tower from its terrace. The 60 m² cocoon, which includes two treatment tables, a hammam and a large Jacuzzi, can be fully enjoyed in Paris, as a duo or solo treatment, for hotel guests and non-hotel guests alike.
The treatments? Customized treatments, created in collaboration with the TERRE DE MARS brand, include 50-minute facials (moisturizing and anti-wrinkle) and body treatments (coffee scrub, relaxing massage, Sportif Deep Tissue to eliminate muscular tension).

Spa des Prés Codage, Pavillon Faubourg Saint-Germain | Paris 7
The setting? In a cocoon as Saint-Germain-des-Prés is accustomed to, we descend to the basement of the new hotel Pavillon Faubourg Saint-Germain for a moment of ultimate disconnection. The spa is crowned by a beautiful blond stone vault and provides an immediate sensation of envelopment, with its warmth and the aquatic sounds of its heated pool. There are also two treatment rooms, a fitness room, a yoga and meditation room and a hammam.
The treatments? After checking in at the hotel lobby, we're taken to the Spa des Prés by Codage, a French vegan cosmetics brand specializing in made-to-measure treatments. After a skin diagnosis, the chosen treatment takes place in one of two small, softly lit rooms: Haute Couture body care, Couture facial care with double cleansing, exfoliation and application of a mix of serums, or a combination of massage and facial care, Codage's expertise immerses us in an ocean of well-being. A herbal tea gently pierces the bubble.
Good to know? The spa is open to outside guests from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. You can also enjoy lunch at the hotel's restaurant, Les Parisiens, or simply turn the pages of one of Gallimard's 1,500 covers in the literary salon.
