How are the rooms?

Rooms are in independent bungalows, some of which are built on stilts, offering superb views over the impeccably manicured garden or the lagoon. The gastronomic offer

On either side of the main swimming pool, two restaurants, one international, the other Asian, embody a certain vision of culinary excellence. The tuna tartare with notes of ginger, lemongrass, soy sauce and chili pepper is divine, as is the dish of the day, sautéed squid with pineapple. The wine cellar, which we were lucky enough to visit, is one of the finest in the region: 25,000 bottles and 2,500 references, with a selection of vintages from France, Italy, Spain... It includes the excellent Mas Amiel from Roussillon, rosés from Clos Canarelli in Corsica, Saumur and Chinon from Thierry Germain, Burgundy from JM Boillot... In short, only the very best. And let's not forget the aromatic Chardonnays from South Africa, only 2 hours away by plane. The highlight of the show: a third restaurant floating in the heart of the mangrove, in the middle of a natural fish reserve. This exceptional restaurant, open only in the evening, is exclusive to Mauritius. You can dine on the pontoons at sunset, with a breathtaking view of the mangroves.
