Hyatt opens its first hotel in Estonia
The hotel group makes its debut in Estonia, and more widely in the Baltic States. Hyatt Place Tallinn is located in Tallinn’s port district, just a stone’s throw from the historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Overview / A hotel designed for business trips and city breaks
Ideally located just a stone's throw from the historic medieval center, with its cobbled streets and lively cafés, the hotel enjoys a location that combines charm and dynamism. It's surrounded by business centers, cultural addresses and seaside promenades. Nearby, you can explore the trendy Rotermanni district, renowned for its restaurants, or Telliskivi, a mecca for the art scene. This positioning makes the Hyatt Place Tallinn an ideal address for both business seminars and city breaks.
In terms of food and beverage, the menu features local flavors reinterpreted with international influences. The Zoom restaurant features locavore cuisine, largely inspired by seasonal produce. As for cocktails, the hotel's panoramic bar will open soon, promising refined creations with a breathtaking view. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy a fitness room equipped with the latest machines, while outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate direct access to the seafront promenade, ideal for running or walking. Finally, business travellers will find an 83 m² conference room perfectly suited to seminars.
Why do we go? To stay in a hotel designed for meetings and seminars, to enjoy the effervescence of a booming Estonia... and to have the sea just a stone's throw away.
